What are formats PAL and NTSC? NTSC ( National Television System Committee ) and PAL ( Phase Alternating Line ) are two of the video formats and broadcasting standards used in the media industry. Which format should I order the video(s) in? NTSC is the broadcast standard used in United States, Canada, Mexico, and Japan. PAL is the broadcast standard for Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, Singapore, and Hong Kong. For information on the standard appropriate for other countries please click HERE. To indicate which standard you require please check the appropriate box on the video order form. Can I pay online using my credit card? Yes, You can place your order directly online using your credit card. Your order will be sent through a secure server which encrypts your credit card number for security purposes. Once your order is received by IVP - it will then by processed for payment through their merchant bank and your credit card will be debitted accordingly. Can I order by e-mail? Although you can order by e-mail if you have a credit card and are comfortable sending it's details ( type of card; card number; expiration date and the cardholder's name ) online through an unsecured e-mail server - we strongly recommend against using this method. What currency should my payment be in? Because of ever changing exchange rates we request that all orders, ( other than those placed using your credit card ) be paid for in British Pounds Sterling. This way, by checking with your local bank or financial institution, you can get the best possible price in your currency of choice. Do you accept personal cheques (checks) ? We regretfully are unable to accept personal cheques ( checks ) unless you are a UK resident and the cheque ( check ) is drawn on a British Bank. Can I send cash? Even by registered or certified mail - we strongly advise against sending cash. What is the video delivery lead time? If the video of your choice is in stock - your order will be filled and shipped within 24 hours of it's receipt. Depending on the country of destination - please allow 1-2 weeks for the delivery.
